If the product did not meet your expectations or was defective, you can refer to the following policies to request for a refund, exchange or repairment in terms of your situation. we are always here to help.

A. 7 days refund

The Company provides customers with the "7-Day Product Refund Service" for products purchased on this website can enjoy 7-day product refund service from the date of receipt, and the purchased products must be in good packaging and undamaged. *And the product is not opened and used.

B. 15 days exchange

Products purchased on this website can enjoy 15 days from the date of receipt, and the quality of the products will be exchanged for one or equivalent value. *The products referred to in (A,B) above are valid only if they are purchased through this website and paid for at the same time (including bank payment), and all refunds and returns do not include installation work costs, and all special customized products are excluded. The Product for refund and exchange must be: 1. In the original manufacturers packaging, complete with all the accessories, documentations and the proof of purchase. 2. Free from damages of any type, including but not limited to paint, altered connection inputs, severed wires or cables, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals, scratches, cracks, abuse, damages resulting from power surges, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. 3. Include your contact information with your name, address, phone number, and product model serial number. Provide tracking information if using a carrier, there is not responsible for packages lost in transit to iSmartView. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

Products purchased on this website can enjoy 15 days from the date of receipt of the product exchange service, product quality problems will be exchanged for one or equivalent value.

C. Repair and maintenance

*Warranty Period iSmartView products provide limited 12 and 24 months original factory warranty, for product comes with a battery, or the product is used outdoors, it provides a 12-month warranty. Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. All enjoy original factory maintenance and warranty period, according to the product.
In the following cases, the company will not provide product repair (exchange, refund) service.

  • The product receipt period has exceeded the above specified date or the warranty period has expired
  • The product or packaging is damaged/or the accessories are incomplete
  • Products that are used improperly or damaged by man or made (such as water, impact, scratches, etc.)
  • have changed or assembled hardware or software
  • non-product quality problems;
  • Unable to provide the date of purchase of the document and certificate 

The customer is aware that if the above points still need to be repaired, the company will charge the maintenance fee (according to the cost price of the parts first). All refunds, exchanges and repairs must be handled in person at the company's Kwun Tong office with valid documents - proving the date of purchase - and if the courier agency is required, you must contact us by phone in advance, and only after the consent of both parties can we arrange express delivery (please arrange delivery by yourself), and the company will not act on behalf of the company and will not bear the relevant courier costs
In case of any dispute, the decision of ARMORVIEW Limited reserves the right of final decision
